The Key to Our Success
We received a desperate call from an IT company in Surrey. One of their engineers had lost the keys to his van and was stranded at a client’s premises in Leeds.
Urgently needing access to the parts and tools in the van and with further service calls scheduled for the engineer they called on Anywhere Sameday Couriers to collect a spare set of keys from their offices in Surrey and deliver them ASAP to the engineer in Leeds.
Less than four hours after we received the booking our courier had completed the delivery, the engineer was able to get back into his van and to continue with his work for the rest of the day.
There were no great feats of heroism involved, no great drama; it was just yet another important job for our dedicated team of same-day courier specialists.
